The Runnett Property Group was set up in 2000 to provide a range of business, management consultancy and property related services and has had extensive experience over a number of years of advising major landlords, such as housing associations, on all aspects of their property management and maintenance activities. In 2006, after a number of requests, the Company started its services for property owners and investors.

The Company’s Managing Director, Selwyn Runnett, has extensive experience in the property business and is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).
